How can I enter new bank details?

To change your bank details, please contact us by email, phone or live chat and inform us that you would like to update your bank details. We will then send you an electronic direct debit mandate by email via DocuSign, a secure and user-friendly digital signature system.

Fill out the document conveniently online and send it back to us digitally. As soon as we have received the completed mandate, we will store the new bank details in our system and use them for future repayments. Please inform us of the change in good time to avoid possible repayment problems.
