We will debit the amount due from your account weekly by direct debit. As long as your account has sufficient funds, the direct debit will be carried out automatically and there is no risk of missing a payment. However, if you know that your account will not have sufficient funds at the time of the direct debit, please inform us in good time by sending an email to mahnwesen@banxware.com.
In the event of a chargeback, we will send you a reminder with all the necessary payment information, including our account details and a request to transfer the outstanding amount manually.
